Caramel Creme Brulee Zucchini Bread

Here's a variation on the well-known theme that will add some elegant flavor-interest to zucchini bread. This is great toasted.

Flavor Essence Caramel Creme Brulee

Grated Zucchini (not peeled)

Chopped Nuts
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and frothy. --Add sugar, oil, Flavor Essence --Mix thoroughly
Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda --and add to the egg mixture --Mix until smooth --Add the shredded zucchini and stir--
Pour and spoon the mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 1 hour --Let cool
Notes
We've also baked other loaves and have substituted Banana Foster for the Caramel Creme Brulee for excellent results!
