Maple-infused oat almond chocolate chip cookies (oil-free, vegan)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c oat flour
  • 1/2 c ground almonds or almond flour
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 3 T maple syrup increase to 4T if sweeter cookies are desired
  • pinch salt
  • a few drops Maple flavoring start with 6-8
  • water as needed start with 1T
  • 1/2 c chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Add liquid ingredients with lesser amount of water to the bowl. Add more water until the dough comes together (dough should be stiff and a bit sticky). Taste & add more maple syrup flavoring if needed.
  • Add chocolate chips & mix until combined.
  • Bake for 15-20min at 350F.
  • Let cool on a wire rack & enjoy!
