Maple-infused oat almond chocolate chip cookies (oil-free, vegan)
Ingredients
- 1 c oat flour
- 1/2 c ground almonds or almond flour
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 3 T maple syrup increase to 4T if sweeter cookies are desired
- pinch salt
- a few drops Maple flavoring start with 6-8
- water as needed start with 1T
- 1/2 c chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add liquid ingredients with lesser amount of water to the bowl. Add more water until the dough comes together (dough should be stiff and a bit sticky). Taste & add more maple syrup flavoring if needed.
- Add chocolate chips & mix until combined.
- Bake for 15-20min at 350F.
- Let cool on a wire rack & enjoy!
