As you know, there are many varieties of apples.This flavor is probably the easiest example of what we mean throughout all of our flavors and all of our descriptions --that our goal with each flavor is we seek, (and you want), a flavor to have a "personality" that represents the best aromas and best tastes of that fruit or berry.

While there are dozens of apple types available, and almost as many styles, we chose to concentrate the honeycrisp because it has flavor, texture and aroma nuances that make it a "choice eating" apple, but for us the most unique and versatile apple that we can offer in liquid form.
