Servings: 240 grams with tblsp of cocoa bar

Ingredients
  

  • 100 % fage yogurt
  • Fighter diet caramel protein powder
  • Caramel creme brûlée flavor essence
  • Custard creme flavor essence
  • 100 percent ghiradelli cocoa bar ground

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt with protein powder and flavor essence.
  2. Top with ground cocoa bar

Notes

1 48 oz container of 0% fage yogurt
2 scoops of fighter diet caramel protein powder
5 drops of custard creme flavor essence
5 drops of caramel creme brûlée flavor essence
Mix together
Serve with 1 tblsp ghiradelli 100% cocoa bar ground in food processor
