So I am a low-carb person. And let me tell you – it is HARD to find a good pistachio flavoring, especially without sugar.
By far, this is the best pistachio flavor that I have ever found. This is an excellent addition to: DIY custards, matcha lattes, cookies, and almost anything else. I’ve also tried using it to boost the flavor of pistachio butter/pistachio butter filling for cookies.
I’ve also added the blueberry and mango to low-carb lemonade. Those were great as well.
